Woodmont Couple in Tamarac Robbed By Con Men

A South Florida couple thought they were letting two men who posed as roofers into their home but were instead robbed right in front of them WSVN has reported.

Arthur and Mimi Wechsler were confronted at his front door by the two men who claimed to be roofers hired by their association. It wasn’t until after the men left when they noticed they were robbed of $50,000 worth of jewelry.

They live in the Azalea Court Condominiums at Woodmont.

    When will you learn, not to let anyone into your homes,, it’s never safe and don’t listen to anyone,,there all full of it..scammers,, cons,,,you name it…don’t allow anyone into your home ever,, and before you do close the door for a minute lock it and call 911, and tell them there are people at your door and please come over,,and besides all inspections if it was a real deal comes on the outside of your home not….inside….
