Don’t miss the Tamarac Teen Summit where this year, guest speakers will focus on budgeting, job skills, setting goals and learning college life skills.
This is also a great opportunity for teens ages 13-17 to meet other self-motivated young leaders and adults that support their leadership efforts and believe in a young person’s ability to do even greater, positive things.
Guest speakers include: Broward County Court Judge Kal Evans, Dr. Rozalia Williams and Jessica Jefferson.
Hosted by the Tamarac Parks and Recreation Department, the event will be held on Saturday, March 11, 2017 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Tamarac Community Center. The $5 admission includes breakfast and lunch.
The Tamarac Community Center is located at 8601 W. Commercial Blvd.
