Arc Culinary will welcome spring with two Chef Experience dinners this month at the Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen on the Arc Broward campus in Sunrise.
The four-course dining events, scheduled for March 12 and March 27, will showcase creative culinary concepts prepared by Arc Culinary’s chefs in one of South Florida’s more distinctive dining venues.
The first event, “Deconstruct and Delight,” will take place on Thursday, March 12, at 7 p.m. The menu features crispy crepe bruschetta with tomato confit, fresh mozzarella, and aged balsamic; Peruvian-style tirodito with fresh yellowtail snapper and spicy lime dressing; a deconstructed beef Wellington with filet mignon, mushrooms duxelles, and red wine sauce; and an apple tart for dessert.
The second dinner, “The Influence of Fusion,” will be held on Friday, March 27, at 7 p.m. The meal will begin with tuna and salmon brisée served tartare-style with yuzu and avocado cream, followed by green pozole with sous vide shredded chicken, herb-crusted New York strip with smoked bone marrow chimichurri and truffled batata purée, and caramel flan.
Tickets cost $102 for chef’s table seating and $92 for communal seating, including gratuity and alcoholic beverages.
Proceeds from the Chef Experience dinners support Arc Broward’s mission of empowering children and adults with disabilities to grow, develop, and thrive. Arc Culinary and Arc Educates operate as revenue-generating social enterprises that help fund programs serving approximately 1,200 individuals.
The Emeril Lagasse Foundation Innovation Kitchen features a chef’s table, modern décor, and an outdoor patio, and also hosts private cooking classes, corporate meetings, celebrations, and catered events.
Chef Experiences are sponsored by Amazon. The venue is located at 10250 NW 53rd St. in Sunrise. Tickets and information are available at arcculinary.com or by calling 954-299-7515.
