Through our joint effort with the Broward Sheriff’s Office to share updates to residents, this is a summary of Tamarac crimes through December 28.
Auto Theft
8300 block of NW 74th St – La Reserve
On December 22, an unknown suspect(s) stole a 1997 black Ford Mustang from the residence driveway. Auto Theft Affidavit was completed, and Records Teletype Operator entered the vehicle into NCIC/FCIC. No video surveillance or witnesses available.
7600 block of W McNab Rd – Concord Apartments
On December 23, a stolen vehicle was recovered at the above-listed location. The victim advised that he did not know his Ford Explorer was stolen. The vehicle was processed for latent prints, and the prints were submitted into evidence.
7100 block of NW 68th St
On December 24, the victim advised that her 2017 Mercedes C300 was stolen. The victim advised that her ex-boyfriend may be the person responsible. The victim signed a BSO Auto Theft Affidavit, and the vehicle was entered into NCIC/FCIC.
5900 block of NW 57th Ct
On December 25, a victim was advised her vehicle was stolen from the parking lot of her apartment complex.
8900 block of NW 57th St
On December 27, a male reported that his 2020 White Tractor Trailer was stolen at 1030 at 8982 NW 57th St Tamarac Fl 33321.
Battery
9080 block of Lime Bay Blvd
On December 22, an offender struck the victim when she was inside her vehicle. The offender fled the scene.
10700 block of NW 81st St
On December 23, the offender strangled the victim during a physical domestic altercation. The offender was arrested and transported to the main county jail.
6899 N University Dr – PNC Bank
On December 24, a suspect entered PNC Bank to open a virtual wallet account. When the victim advised him he did not qualify for one, he got upset and struck the victim several times in the face and head area. The suspect was apprehended and transported to BSO Main.
7425 N University Dr – University Pavilion
On December 25, 12/25/2020. A patient was battered by punching in the left eye. Medical treatment was not requested.
7800 block of NW 70th Ave,
On December 25, a couple was in a verbal argument. Male committed domestic violence simple battery. A Not-In-Custody PC was generated and submitted to the Broward State Attorneys office for review.
Burglary Conveyance
6191 Rock Island Rd – Coralaire Services Inc
On December 26, unknown suspect(s) broke out the victim’s vehicle’s front driver side window and made entry. The suspect(s) then exited the vehicle from the rear passenger side door. It is unknown if any item(s) were taken due to the owner not being on the scene or reachable. Area canvass completed and digital photos taken.
5100 block of NW 55th Ct – Mainlands 6
On December 26, the rear window was shattered on the victim’s white Ram truck. Two power drills were taken.
Burglary Residence
8600 block of NW 57th Pl
On December 22, a suspect attempted to gain entry into the residence via a locked door. K-9 and Aviation unit searched. The suspect was not found.
2600 block of NW 55th St – Tamarac Lakes North
On December 24, an unknown subject removed items from a residence currently under construction.
2800 block of NW 48th St
On December 26, the victim advised an unknown suspect entered her porch and removed a package containing dog food (valued at $ 20) front her doorstep. The suspect was located and eventually arrested after refusing to identify herself.
Criminal Mischief
6070 block of NW 61st Ave
On December 23, an unknown person(s) unlawfully keyed the victim’s passenger side of her vehicle. The victim’s vehicle passenger side front and rear tire were also flattened. This is the second occurrence, no surveillance available in the area, and no other vehicles were damaged.
Domestic Battery
4010 block of Lakeside Dr
On December 25, an offender was arrested for battery (Domestic Violence).
4499 W Commercial Blvd – Hampton Inn
On December 26, a couple was in a domestic fight where the male bit the female on her face, struck her with a closed fist, and held her down on the couch. The male was taken into custody.
Fraud
7650 Nob Hill Rd – Nob Hill Discount Pharmacy
On December 23, the reporting person advised he was faxed two prescriptions from a doctor. The doctor verified that he did not provide the prescription to “Vanessa Gulley” (most likely false name).
Theft
7700 block of Yardley Dr
On December 22, the suspect refused to return the victim’s personal work tools (valued over $5,000) due to being unhappy with the work being done in his unit.
3915 W Commercial Blvd – CVS
On December 28, two unknown subjects entered the CVS and took six total packs of beer without paying
Robbery
(unknown street) Woodlands Blvd
On December 22, the victim alleged three black male teenagers he used to go to high school withheld him at gunpoint. All three subjects had a black handgun and smashed his cellphone on the ground. The victim had nothing on him besides his cellphone.

Tomaselli, Tony Marcel (W M, 39) was arrested on charges of Burglary-with Assault Or Battery at 9080 Lime Bay Blvd, Tamarac, on 12/22/2020.
Garro, Renzo E. (W M, 31) was arrested on charges of Battery-commit Domestic Battery By Strangulation at 10709 Nw 81st St, Tamarac, on 12/23/2020.
Hildebidle, Natalie Ann (W F, 37) was arrested on charges of Warrant at 8252 San Carlos Cir, Tamarac, on 12/23/2020.
Francis, Dwayne Clinton (B M, 23) was arrested on charges of Aggravated Battery-cause Bodily Harm Or Disability at 6899 N University Dr, Tamarac 12/24/2020.
Galeas, Karen (W F, 37) was arrested on charges of Battery-cause Bodily Harm – Domestic Violence at 4014 Lakeside Dr, Tamarac, on 12/25/2020.
Castillo, Bruce (W M, 22) was arrested on Touch Or Strike/battery/domestic Viol charges at 7815 Nw 70th Av, Tamarac, on 12/25/2020.
Alleyne, Theona (B F, 41) was arrested on Welfare Fraud charges at 7917 Tuscany Dr, Tamarac, on 12/25/2020.
Solomon, Julian Ed (B M, 26) was arrested on Touch Or Strike/battery/domestic Viol charges at 4499 W Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, on 12/26/2020.
Norgate, Caroline (W F, 54) was arrested on charges of Resist Officer-obstruct By Disguised Person at 2803 Nw 48th St, Tamarac, on 12/26/2020.
Bachan, Jereme Ashock (B M, 34) Arrest on charges of Firing Weapon-discharge Firearm In Public at 8121 Nw 73rd Av, Tamarac on 12/26/2020.
Lima, Sergio Bernardo (W M, 56) was arrested on Battery-cause Bodily Harm charges at 8000 Lagos De Campo Blvd, Tamarac, on 12/27/2020.
Vaughn, Kyle Wayne (W M, 29) was arrested on charges of Battery-on Officer Firefighter Emt Etc at 8301 Nw 75th Av, Tamarac, on 12/27/2020.
