Get ready for an evening of swing, swagger, and timeless charm as Charlie Romo takes the Kings Point Palace stage with a tribute to Bobby Darin.
An award-winning vocalist and rising star of the cabaret and jazz world, Romo has built a reputation for bringing classic songs to life with style and charisma. He received Broadway World’s 2016 Best Debut Artist Award and was named the 2017 NYC Manhattan Association of Cabarets & Clubs Best Male Debut Artist.
In 2025, he gained national attention with an appearance on the 23rd season of American Idol. Romo earned a golden ticket but ultimately did not make it to televised rounds.
The show features some of Bobby Darin’s most beloved hits, including “Mack the Knife,” “Beyond the Sea,” “Splish Splash,” and “Dream Lover.”
Held on Saturday, April 18, at 8 p.m., the show is $20 for Kings Point residents and $25 for guests, with tickets available online and at the venue’s box office before and on the night of the concert.
The new box office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, and 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays. On Saturdays, tickets can be purchased at the Clubhouse from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and at the Palace from 7 to 8:15 p.m.
As a reminder, shorts are not permitted in the theater. All attendees must be 18 years or older for all shows. Kings Point Palace is open to the public.
