Tamarac Commissioner Kicia Daniel will host a community “Chew & Chat” pop-up event on Sunday, February 1, offering residents an opportunity to connect directly with their elected official in an informal setting.
The event is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. at Waters Edge Park, located at 7500 NW 61st Street.
Community members are invited to stop by, enjoy light refreshments, and share their thoughts, concerns, and ideas about issues impacting Tamarac and the surrounding area.
Billed as an “Engage. Connect. Share.” experience, the Chew & Chat pop-up is designed to encourage open dialogue between residents and the commissioner outside formal commission meetings. Representatives from the city’s Code Compliance & Housing divisions will also attend this event.
The event is free and open to the public.
For more information, residents can call 954-597-3478.
