The Florida Department of Health has released information about cities and counties of residence that have been tested positive for COVID-19 and Tamarac has now seen an increase from 100 to 104 cases since April 24.

On April 24, there were 29,707 cases in the State of Florida, and today there are 29,996 for an increase of 289 cases. There have been 1,055 reported deaths in the State. Data in this report are provisional and subject to change.

The city is not always received as part of the initial notification and may be missing while the case is being investigated. These figures are from April 26, 2020, at 10 a.m. and these are total cases. Unfortunately, the State does not provide recovery data.
