The City of Tamarac and the Greater Tamarac Chamber of Commerce will be presenting 7th Annual Health & Wellness Expo.
This popular event will be taking place on Saturday February 7, 2015, at the Tamarac Community Center from 9am to 12pm. If you don’t want to miss out on one of the best events of the year be sure to diarize the date right now.
Bring your family, friends, to enjoy a variety of exhibitors and activities that will be on show, as there is certain to be something to tickle everyone’s fancy. The Expo will feature an assortment of information, music, entertainment, food, and loads of exciting children’s activities, raffles and much more. Expect to fill up on delicious and healthy snack samples or be party to a dynamic fitness demonstration.
If helping your community matters to you, you can make a difference by supporting our Bloodmobile. There will also be the ever-popular FREE health screenings that will test your blood pressure; BMI & cholesterol, making sure that you know where your health stands. Add to this the wide array of medical professionals with specialties in the areas of assisted living facilities, hospitals, memory care, audio & visual care, chiropractic services, preventative care, home health, nutritional products, medical supply, massage, and medical & health care insurance you can be sure that all your health and wellness question will be answered.

Live entertainment from Shane le Mar Entertainment; face painting, healthy food samples, and presentations from City Classes starting at 9:30am Turbo Kickboxing, 10:00am Jazzercise, 10:30am Cycling, 11:00am Pilates, 11:30am Zumba.
