A Coral Springs entertainment mainstay is moving one town south.

Coastal Championship Wrestling makes its debut in  Tamarac for “Seasons Beatings,” where fans will witness the first-ever South Florida appearance of legendary Japanese wrestlers The Great Sasuke and Kikutaro.

According to CCW General Manager Tom Nash, he spent a considerable portion of his wrestling career in Japan, and that is where he learned the most.

“The knowledge and experience I acquired there boosted my career in the States and led to the success that I don’t feel I would have had otherwise,” he said.

Now that he has hung his boots, it is now his goal to help the young up-and-coming athletes take their talent to another level. He couldn’t think of a better way to accomplish that than to bring two living legends from The Land of The Rising Sun in the Great Sasuke and Kikutaro over here to CCW and put them in the ring with some of his talent to learn on the job.

“The Great Pablo Marquez has done wonders with his students at The CCW Training Facility, and now it’s time for them to graduate into the real world,” said Nash, who added there was absolutely nothing that can make one a better wrestler than to do battle with someone with more experience in front of a live crowd.

On Saturday, will be CCW mainstays like American Horror Story and Will The King of Flight Austin, plus fans will witness the crowning of a new CCW women’s champion.

In a major grudge match, best friends turned bitter enemies try to settle the score as Cha-Cha Charlie does battle with the mammoth Vince Steele. If that weren’t enough, the fans have been clamoring for the return of El Jefe, and at Seasons Beatings, their demands will be met as CCW icon Santos sees action.

It all happens on Saturday, December 7,  Doors will open at 7 p.m. for a meet-and-greet, and the first match hits the ring at 8 p.m.The Tamarac Multipurpose Center is located at 7531 N. University Dr. right next to Tamarac Elementary School.
