Come out and shop for some bargains while supporting JP Taravella’s Drama students when they hold their semi-annual Yard Sale event.
Held on Saturday, February 27 from 8 a.m. to noon, this event is a great opportunity for individuals or groups to make some extra money.
Individuals in Tamarac or Coral Springs who want to hold a garage sale, but don’t want to bother with the mess or have strangers come to their homes can rent a spot at JP Taravella parking lot for only $20 and keep all the profits they make.
This is also a great fundraising opportunity for groups such as booster clubs, PTAs, community groups, etc. to have their members donate their unwanted goods, and sell them at the garage sale. This is also an opportunity for home businesses to showcase their wares. Cost is $20 for two spots – one for yourself and one for your car.
JPT Drama will also accept donations of goods that are no longer wanted and they will sell them.
The admission is free. They will also take donations of any goods you are trying to get rid of.
The Yard Sale will take place at the west parking lot of of the high school, located at the corner of Coral Springs Drive and Riverside Drive.
