Auto Theft
A victim of Auto Theft on Shakerwood Circle was reported on 02/10/2023. The total estimated loss was $10,000.
A victim of Auto Theft was reported on 02/07/2023. A tan 2015 Honda Accord was stolen when the vehicle was left unlocked with the keys inside.
Auto Theft -Motorcycle
A victim of Auto Theft – Motorcycle on W. Prospect Road was reported on 02/07/2023. Victim advised her black moped was stolen from her front porch overnight.
Theft – Motor Vehicle Parts
A victim of Theft – Motor Vehicle Parts on N University Drive was reported on 02/08/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,500. The Catalytic Converter was stolen.
Fraud -All Other
A victim of Fraud -All Other on NW 55 Street was reported on 02/09/2023. The total estimated loss was $10,200. The victim was advised she was scammed by an job online.
A victim of Fraud -All Other on S Devon Drive was reported on 02/13/2023. The victim advised she was scammed out of$4200.
A victim of Fraud – All Other on 70th Street was reported on 02/13/2023. The total estimated loss was $3,250. Complainant advised an unknown person(s) made fraudulent transactions using three of her credit cards.
A victim of Fraud – All Other on W Commercial Blvd, was reported on 02/09/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,090. Complainant advised an unknown person(s) withdrew money from her husband and her accounts.
A victim of Fraud – False Pretense on Fairfax Drive was reported on 02/11/2023. The total estimated loss was $9,000. On 02/11/2023, The elderly victim was tricked out of $9,000 by unknown subjects.
Retail / Shoplifting
A victim of Retail / Shoplifting on N University Drive was reported on 02/09/2023. The total estimated loss was $480. An unknown male selected four hair clippers and walked out of the store.
Animal Bite
A victim of an Animal Bite on Woodmont Way was reported on 02/09/2023. Victim advised neighbor’s dog got out and bit her on the forearm and thigh.
Arrests
Brown, Vanessa Victoria, 25, was arrested on a Touch Or Strike/Battery/Domestic Violence charge on S Colony Circle on 02/09/2023.
Owens, Khari Tervon, 27, was arrested on a Touch Or Strike/Battery/Dating Violence charge on NW 58th Court on 02/12/2023.
Roberts, Jamari Rashard, 19, was arrested on a charge of Kidnap-False Imprisonment-Adult on W 57th Steet on 02/12/2023.
Gutierrez, Rebecca Lynn, 40, was arrested on a Battery – Touch Or Strike charge on 02/13/2023.
