Don’t miss the free big screen Movie in the Park featuring Aladdin on Friday, March 6, presented by the City of Tamarac.
Produced by Walt Disney Pictures in 2019, Aladdin is a live-action adaptation of Disney’s 1992 animated film. The film stars Will Smith, Mena Massoud, Naomi Scott, Marwan Kenzari, Navid Negahban, Nasim Pedrad, Billy Magnussen, and Numan Acar, as well as the voices of Alan Tudyk and Frank Welker.
The plot follows Aladdin, a street urchin, as he falls in love with Princess Jasmine, befriends a wish-granting Genie, and battles the wicked Jafar.
The activities start at 6:30 p.m. with face painting, bounce house, music, and food from participating food trucks. Plus, a free bag of popcorn. Don’t forget your blankets and lawn chairs because the movie begins at sunset.
The event will be held at the Tamarac Sports Complex, located at 9901 NW 77 Street.
