We have continued providing data after our readers have requested it. Since our last update from the Florida Department of Health two days ago, positive tested Covid-19 cases in Tamarac were 1,640 Since then, that number has increased to 1,678 for a difference of 38 positive tested cases.
On Aug 5 there were 502,739 positive cases in the State of Florida, and on August 7, there are 518,075 total cases, for an increase of 15336.
There have been 7,927 total deaths reported deaths in the State. This is 300 more since August 5. In Broward County, there have been 782 total deaths. There have been no new deaths in the past two days.
The average age of a resident to contract COVID-19 in Broward County is 40-years-old. These figures were verified on August 7, 2020.
