Newly built model homes in Woodmont Country Club in Tamarac are now ready to view and this weekend the builder is opening the doors for a sneak peek.
Pulte Homes is holding their grand opening of The Enclaves at Woodmont on Saturday, March 16. From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., where homebuyers can walk through three beautifully decorated models and learn about quick move-in opportunities.

Pulte is building 152 homes at the former Woodmont Country Club at 18th Street and Northwest 80th Avenue where prices start at $409,990. The community has a host of amenities, that homeowners have use of, including a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, tennis facility, mini-spa and 27-hole golf course.
The Enclaves at Woodmont sits less than three miles east of the Sawgrass Expressway, just 15 minutes from destinations such as Sawgrass Mills Mall and BB&T Center. In about the same time, residents can drive to Westfield Broward Mall, Nova Southeastern University and the north campus of Broward College.

Pulte is showcasing three models at the grand opening: The one-story Wyndham is a new design. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage covering 1,770 square feet. Its efficient design gives privacy to every bedroom and provides the owner’s suite with a grand view of the outdoors.
The one-story Summerwood has 2-4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage with upwards of 1,861 square feet. A space for golf-cart parking can be converted into a guest room, while the flex room also has the ability to convert into a fourth bedroom. The split design gives the owner privacy while open areas around the kitchen make entertaining a breeze – and it’s available for quick move-in.
The two-story Fifth Avenue has 3-4 bedrooms, 2.5 bedrooms and a two-car garage. At 2,523 square feet, it is the largest model being shown.. The Fifth Avenue’s large gathering room and optional covered lanai or patio extension make it well-suited for entertainment. The home is available for quick move-in.
There are two other home designs offered within the community that provide additional living space.
