The Chabad of Coral Springs continues in its mission of easing the burden of struggling people, assisting those who need help, and connecting them with services.

They are also holding their massive food distribution on Wednesday, and volunteers or students looking for service hours are needed to help.

“While most have returned to work, it is clear that there is still a need for assistance as we filled over 650 vehicles at the food distribution last week,” said Social Services Director Nechama Gutman. “We have moved to every other week to help us secure more food as well as give time to recruit new volunteers.”
Each week, they serve donated food and goods to hundreds of people.  Besides fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, pastries, and dry goods, they’ll continue distributing other much-needed items.

Students ages 15-years-old or over who are interested can message their Facebook page and sign up.

Visit this Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2021, from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. at 3925 N University Drive.

Chabad of Coral Springs has established a charity GoFundMe campaign to offset some of the costs associated with the weekly food distributions they host on Wednesdays. To learn more, visit GoFundMe.
