Don’t miss an opportunity to network, meet fellow entrepreneurs, and learn how to do business with local authorities at the Fifth Annual North Lauderdale State of the City Expo.
Hosted by the Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, the Expo is held on Thursday, March 30, from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Polish American Club of Fort Lauderdale.
“The Chamber is proud to present this great networking event with the City of North Lauderdale. We expect 20 vendors and over 125 attendees,” said Chamber’s Executive Director Peter Mason.
He added that the attendants could watch the North Lauderdale State of the City video with comments from Mayor Samson Borgelin, City Manager Michael Sargis, and the commission.
Community Development Director Tammy Reed Holguin and department staff will be available to answer questions and hand out information on how to do business with the city, job openings, and community information. North Lauderdale Fire Rescue and BSO will also attend.
“Everyone is welcome to attend this free informative after-hours mixer with great food and refreshments, and RSVPs are encouraged. North Lauderdale restaurants will offer food tastings, and the Expo will provide valuable information from sponsors and local businesses,” Mason said.
Tables are still available for North Lauderdale businesses, with $250 Silver and $500 Gold Sponsorship. Participating companies include Teleperformance, Off Lease Only, Eminent Clinical Research and Associates, and Riverside Church.
The business expo sponsors include the City of North Lauderdale, WM, Star of David, Career Source Broward, City of North Lauderdale, SCORE, and Broward College.
The Polish American Club is at 935 Rock Island Rd in North Lauderdale.
