The Broward Democratic Party is holding its annual meeting with a holiday party and volunteer appreciation event to follow.

Held on Tuesday, December 20, from 7 to 9 p.m., at the Tamarac Community Center, the celebration is free to attend. Guests are encouraged to sign up in advance and bring a non-perishable item or an unwrapped toy to be donated to those less fortunate before the holidays.

Food and drinks will be served. Tamarac Community Center is located at 8601 W Commercial Blvd.
