Tamarac’s first Concert on the Green of the season presents VAM Band, a popular South Florida funk tribute dance band.
Held on the Green of the Colony West Golf Club on Friday, October 7, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., the concert is free to attend. No reservations are required, and guests are encouraged to bring blankets — no chairs are allowed.
For a little more comfort, limited table seating is available on the club’s patio or terrace. Reserve a table for up to four people for $100, and the reservation fee will be applied to the food and beverage order. Food and drinks are available for purchase in all seating areas.
Vam Band performs Top 40, soul, R&B, Motown, Latin, reggae, and funk hits. With Karina Iglesias on lead vocals, Adam Moskowitz on guitar, Mauricio Morales on the drums, Todrick Hunter on bass, Trenton Klaz on the keyboard, and Lee Gabe on saxophone, the band is known for creating a great party atmosphere.
Colony West Golf Club is located at 6850 NW 88th Avenue.
