Several people were honored at the annual Kings Point Democratic Club Brunch for their hard work in the community.
On Sunday, Democrats enjoyed brunch and schmoozed with candidates in local and state races. Including: Jeremy Ring, running for State CFO; Ryan Petty candidate for school board district 8 (at-large); Lori Alhadeff, candidate for school board district 4; Elvin Villalobos, candidate for Tamarac mayor; and Gerald Heller, candidate for Tamarac mayor.

Also on hand was Sheriff Scott Israel, Broward County Commissioner Michael Udine, Parkland Mayor Christine Hunschofsky, and Tamarac commissioners Marlon Bolton and Julie Fishman.
Club President Mona Malbranche led the welcome and State Committeewoman Grace Carrington was the “mistress of ceremony”.
Awards were given to former State Senator Jeremy Ring, County Commissioner Michael Udine, Percy Johnson and Marjory Stoneman Douglas students.
The Kings Point Democratic Club meets the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 1:00 p.m. at the Kings Point Club House 7620 Nob Hill Rd. Tamarac, FL.
