It is my privilege to recognize our heroes who served our Country, and I’m so excited that this Veterans Day, we will be unveiling our next glass-etched panel of our Honor Wall, containing the names of 100 Veterans who have called Tamarac home! Please join me in honoring the brave men and women who served in our military at our Veterans Day Ceremony, beginning at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, November 11, 2024, at Veterans’ Memorial Park, 7825 Southgate Boulevard. The Tamarac Veterans Affairs Committee will be collecting donations of non-perishable food, toiletry items, socks and hand towels to support the needs of homeless Veterans. On Veterans Day, and every day, we celebrate the patriotism, love of country and willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good that our Veterans embody. THANK YOU, VETERANS!
