Auto Theft
Lime Bay Blvd.
On 06/09/2022, a 74-year-old male was the victim of Auto Theft. An unknown suspect stole the victim’s 2001 Honda Civic while he was on vacation.
Burglary Conveyance
N. Isles Cir.
On 06/09/2022, an unknown suspect broke into the victim’s unlocked car overnight and removed her wallet, money, glasses, and credit cards. Tot. Est. Loss: $635.
W. Commercial Blvd.
On 06/12/2022, a caller stated that an unknown person stole her black semi-automatic handgun from her vehicle. There were no witnesses. Tot. Est. Loss: $618.
Fraud
Plum Harbor Cir.
A 64-year-old female was the victim of Fraud -All Other on 06/11/2022. The victim said someone on Facebook sent them a message telling them that if they come up with a female name that starts with a T and ends with an A, they could win a reward. The unknown suspect told the victim they were going to put $5,000 in their account, and she could keep $500 of it if she sent them the rest. In the end, the victim had a loss of $550.

N. University Dr.
On 06/09/2022, a report was made about an employee who had just started working at a business. They contracted COVID and have become a problem. The employee began sending text messages that the business owner took as threats.
Robbery
W. Commercial Blvd.
A 22-year-old female was the victim of Robbery on 06/10/2022. Tot. Est. Loss: $140.
W. Commercial Blvd.
A 48-year-old male was the victim of Robbery on 06/11/2022. The victim was withdrawing money from a drive-up ATM when an unknown suspect ran up and demanded the money. The suspect implied he had a gun and was able to get away with the victim’s money. Tot. Est. Loss: $160.
Arrests
Schissler, Kara J., 36, was arrested on charges of Warrant-DUI on N Pine Island Rd on 06/12/2022.
Russell, Tiron Brent, 25, was arrested on charges of Warrant on Bailey Rd on 06/12/2022.
