Theft
A victim of Theft – All Other on N University Drive on 12/18/2023. The total estimated loss was $4,000.
A victim of Theft – Motor Vehicle Parts on N Pine Island Road on 12/14/2023. The total estimated loss was $2,600. The catalytic converter was stolen from the victim’s Red 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander.
A victim of Theft – Motor Vehicle Parts on N University Drive on 12/14/2023. The total estimated loss was $2,200. The catalytic converter was stolen from the victim’s Black 2011 Toyota Tacoma.
A victim of Theft – All Other on E Sabal Palm Blvd on 12/17/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,544. A theft was reported from the residence.
A victim of Theft – All Other on Sands Point Blvd on 12/18/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,420.
A victim of Auto Theft on Rock Island Road on 12/15/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,260.
A victim of Theft – Motor Vehicle Parts on NW 78 Court on 12/16/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,200. The catalytic converter was stolen.
A victim of Theft – All Other on W McNab Road on 12/13/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,050. Jewelry was stolen from inside the home by fake plumbers.
A victim of Theft – Motor Vehicle Parts on NW 78th Av on 12/14/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,000. A catalytic converter was stolen from a vehicle overnight.
A victim of Theft – Retail / Shoplifting on W McNab Road on 12/13/2023. The total estimated loss was $900.
A victim of Theft – All Other on W McNab Rd on 12/12/2023. The total estimated loss was $920.
A victim of Theft – Retail / Shoplifting on W Commercial Blvd on 12/13/2023. The total estimated loss was $504.99.
A victim of Auto Theft on N Belfort Circle on 12/16/2023. An unknown suspect stole the victim’s 2013 Hyundai Sonata from the community parking lot.
A victim of Auto Theft on Fairview Drive on 12/14/2023. The victim’s 2020 Honda Accord Sport was stolen from the complex’s parking lot.
Fraud
A victim of Fraud – Wire on San Carlos Circle on 12/14/2023. The total estimated loss was $29,800. The complainant advised she was the victim of fraud via a Microsoft computer scam.
Burglary
A victim of Burglary Conveyance on Beechfern Circle on 12/16/2023. The total estimated loss was $1,550.
Arrests
Jimenez, Jessenia, 41, was arrested on a charge of Touch Or Strike/Battery/Domestic Violence on Spinning Wheel Lane on 12/17/2023.
Powder, Eric, Scott, 56, was arrested for resisting Officer-Obstruct W/O Violence on W Commercial Blvd/N University Drive on 12/13/2023.
Cunningham, Richard, Steve, 56, was arrested on a charge of Warrant on N University Drive on 12/12/2023.
