The City of Tamarac will honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. with a special celebration at Tamarac Park on Saturday, January 18, from 10 a.m. to noon.
This family-friendly event features live entertainment, various fun-filled activities, and plenty of food from local vendors.
Event-goers can enjoy a bounce house, live music, and a festive atmosphere as the city comes together to celebrate the life and contributions of the iconic Civil Rights leader. This celebration allows residents to reflect on Dr. King’s profound impact on American society while enjoying a fun day out.
The event takes place at Tamarac Park, located at 7501 N. University Drive. The City of Tamarac’s Parks & Recreation Department invites everyone to this free event.
