The City of Tamarac will host its annual Autism Awareness Day, a family-friendly event designed to promote inclusion and support for individuals with autism, on Saturday, April 25.
The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Tamarac Park Baseball Fields, located at 7501 N. University Drive. Admission is free.
Residents of all ages are invited to attend the sensory-friendly event, which will feature a variety of activities and attractions, including a petting zoo, train rides, food trucks, arts and crafts, and access to community resources.
Attendees are encouraged to bring friends and family for a morning of entertainment, education, and community connection.
