From power ballads to arena anthems, Majesty of Rock will deliver the best of Styx and Journey on the Kings Point Palace stage.
Performing together for more than a decade, Majesty of Rock is one of the most recognized tribute bands for Styx and Journey. Led by vocalist John D’Agostino, the band captures both groups’ distinctive sound and style, combining hard rock guitar, acoustic piano, and synthesizers. Their set brings audiences back to the era of big vocals and anthemic rock, recreating the energy and spirit of the original performances.
Fans can expect Styx favorites like Babe, Mr. Roboto, Lady, and The Best of Times, alongside Journey hits including Don’t Stop Believin’, Faithfully, and Separate Ways.
Held on Saturday, May 3, at 8 p.m., the show is $15 for Kings Point residents and $20 for guests, with tickets available online and at the venue’s box office before and on the night of the concert.
The new box office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, and 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays. On Saturdays, tickets can be purchased at the Clubhouse from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and at the Palace from 7 to 8:15 p.m.
As a reminder, shorts are not permitted in the theater. All attendees must be 18 years or older for all shows. Kings Point Palace is open to the public.
The Palace at Kings Point is located at 7622 NW 76th St. in Tamarac.
