The Florida Department of Health has released information about citizens who are testing for COVID-19 and in the latest report, cases in Tamarac have increased from 144 to 147 since May 20.

On May 20, there were 46,197 positive cases in the State of Florida, and today there are 48,150 for an increase of 1,953. There have been 2,190 deaths reported deaths in the State. This is 94 more since our last report. Data here is provisional and subject to change.

The city is not always received as part of the initial notification and may be missing while the case is being investigated. These figures are from May 22, 2020, and these are total cases. Unfortunately, the State does not provide recovery data.
