Challenger Elementary School in Tamarac is gearing up for an exciting and enriching summer camp program, open to incoming kindergarten through fifth-grade students in Broward County.
Running from Monday, June 9 through Friday, August 1, 2025, the camp will operate daily from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., offering families a full-day schedule packed with fun and learning.
The summer camp offers a well-rounded experience combining academic instruction with hands-on activities. Children will explore engaging topics and pursuits, including arts and crafts, sports, games, and technology. With a focus on education and recreation, the program aims to keep students intellectually stimulated and physically active throughout the summer break.
The cost is $192 per child per week, with families only paying for the weeks their child attends. A one-time registration fee of $30 per child and a $20 weekly activity fee apply. Families with more than one child enrolled in the program will receive a 5% discount for multiple children.
