The Florida Department of Health has released information about cities and counties of residence that have been tested positive for COVID-19 and Tamarac has now seen an increase from 87 to 90 cases since April 21

On April 21, there were 26,761 cases in the State of Florida, and today there are 27,791 for an increase of 1,210 cases. There have been 927 reported deaths in the State. Data in this report are provisional and subject to change.

The city is not always received as part of the initial notification and may be missing while the case is being investigated. These figures are from April 22, 2020, at 6 p.m. and these are total cases. Unfortunately, the State does not provide recovery data.
