The City of Tamarac is inviting residents and business leaders to step into purpose and power during the 3rd Annual Sneaker Ball Gala Weekend, a multi-day celebration honoring Women of Impact in the community.

The event will take place on Friday, March 6, beginning at 6:00 p.m., and continue Saturday, March 7, starting at 8:30 a.m., at Colony West Golf Club, located at 6850 Northwest 88th Avenue.

Presented by Vice Mayor Dr. Kicia Daniel, the weekend kicks off Friday evening with a Mix & Mingle Network Experience from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., offering attendees an opportunity to connect and engage in a business-forward atmosphere.

On Saturday morning, the Business Workshop & Expo begins at 8:30 a.m. in the main ballroom, offering professional development opportunities and resources in a business-casual setting.

The weekend comes to a close on Saturday at 6:00 p.m. with the signature Sneaker Ball Gala, celebrating women whose leadership, service, and dedication continue to create lasting change throughout the community. The gala blends formal attire with fashionable sneakers, creating a unique, outside-the-box, memorable celebration.
