Detectives hoping to solve the murder of a man in Tamarac released several surveillance videos Tuesday showing two men involved in the killing.
The men, one with a slim build and the other with a stocky build were wearing dark clothing inside a vehicle when a barrage of gunshots was fired near the 6300 block of West Commercial Boulevard on July 3 around 2:19 a.m., killing victim Christopher Mathurin, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office Homicide Unit.
Moments after the shooting began, two vehicles crashed into a concrete wall. Inside one of them, authorities found Mathurin dead.
The two men in the second vehicle fled the scene, the surveillance footage shows.
Additional information about Mathurin was not made public by BSO.
