J.P. Taravella’s softball team kicked off their season with a 9-7 win over South Broward High School on Tuesday.
The Trojans went 12-6 last year, which was the most wins they have had since 2011. They ended up falling 10-0 in their next game against Cardinal Gibbons High School and will return to the field on March 2 at 6:30 p.m. against McArthur High School. This will be the Mustangs’ first game after going 10-5-1 last year.
