The Legacy of Scholars Golf Classic, presented by the Zeta Alpha Lambda (ZAL) Foundation, will take place on Saturday, June 3, at the Woodmont Country Club.
According to the event website, the day’s agenda is packed with exciting activities prepared to bring together local business partners and community members for an exciting afternoon of golf, networking, activities, and fundraising to invest in our future.
Throughout the course, golfers can participate in various contests, including putting, closest to the pin, longest drive, and a ‘Bazooka gun’ contest.
Participants will also be able to win prizes, including a special hole-in-one prize, enter raffles, and participate in a silent auction that will provide attendees with chances to take home unique items and experiences.
To ensure that all players have a memorable experience, complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks will be available on the course. Additionally, swag bags filled with goodies await all participants.
The Legacy of Scholars Golf Classic is an annual golf tournament experience and networking event presented by the ZAL Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization to raise funds to directly support scholarship awards for high school students in Broward County, in particular, the Men of Tomorrow (MOT) program.
