At the center of Tamarac’s shopping and dining, newly-built modern apartment community Tamarac Village is now welcoming tenant applications.
At four stories high, the complex located on 9141 W. Commercial Boulevard sits near Publix Supermarket, the Tamarac Library, and ‘A’ rated Challenger Elementary School and Millennium Middle.

Tamarac Village Leasing Consultant Andre Young said that each unit comes with state of the art stainless steel smart technology that works with virtual assistant Amazon Alexa.
Tenants can enjoy a two-story fitness center with modern gym equipment, game room, resort-style pool with cabanas, and an internet cafe within the apartment community.
Young noted that Tamarac Village isn’t just apartment buildings, but a neighborhood community.
“It’s just all about the community itself,” Young said. “ It’s not an apartment complex; it’s an apartment community.”
Each unit has one to three bedrooms, ranging from 800 to 1,485 square feet, priced from $1,725 to $2,500 a month.
As part of its Grand Opening, they’re offering tenants two months of free rent for all one and two-bedroom units and one-month free rent for all three-bedroom units. Leases can be from seven to 14 months.
The complex currently has 200 available units, and construction is in progress to bring the number of units to 400. Leasing is now available for one out of the seven planned buildings within the complex. The building is four stories.
Young said the apartment’s appeal is in its close proximity to the future shopping center of the same name. The Tamarac Village shopping center, adjacent to the residential buildings, will include restaurants, retail, an amphitheater, and a public park. Construction of the commercial shopping center is projected to be finished sometime in 2022.
