The City of Tamarac’s Public Art Committee invites enthusiasts to attend the construction, grand reveal, and official ribbon-cutting for the second installment of Inspiration Way — a museum without walls.
The temporary art sculpture program at 6001 North Nob Hill officially launches on Thursday, July 8 at 6 p.m. with artist Anthony Heinz May building a new sculpture on-site from 3 p.m.
Attendees will also meet artists Robert Coons, Hanna Jubran, Clayton Swartz, Owen Barnitz, Joni Younkins-Herzog, Art Garcia, Lee Bell, Gus, and Lina Ocamposilva, Ray Katz, Donald Gialanella, and Mark Wholey, whose artworks are also on display.
Each sculpture is for sale, with 25 percent going into the public art fund.
Guests can enjoy light refreshments along with a dance performance by the Fort Lauderdale-based group Ashanti Cultural Arts.
Parking for the event is available at 6001 North Nob Hill Road.
