Auto Theft
Rock Island Rd.
On 08/19/2022, a woman reported that her 2019 dark blue Infinity QX-60 SUV had been stolen from her assigned parking spot.
Burglary Conveyance
NW 58th Ct.
On 08/16/2022, a victim reported that her white iPad was removed from her silver Honda Civic. Tot. Est. Loss: $800.
Banyan Ln.
On 08/17/2022, deputies met with a caller who advised unknown subject(s) entered her 2015 white Ford Escape and removed a bag from the front passenger seat. The bag contained the caller’s wallet and all her credit cards. Tot. Est. Loss: $100.
Burglary Residence
NW 80th Ct
On 08/16/2022, a burglar wearing all black with gloves on broke the lock on a home’s sliding backdoor and walked through the home while the victim was asleep in bed. The burglar went through drawers and, after ransacking them, stole $4,000 in cash.
Fire
8000 block of NW 83rd St.
While mowing the golf course grass at Woodmont Country Club on 08/16/2022, the reporting person noticed that the mower was giving off a burning odor. Shortly after, the mower was engulfed in flames. Tamarac Fire Rescue responded, and the fire was extinguished. No one was injured. Tot. Est. Loss: $5,000.
Fraud

On 08/20/2022, the complainant was defrauded out of $15,000 by someone claiming to work for Microsoft.
Indecent Exposure
5500 block of NW 31st Ave.
On 08/16/2022, a female victim was waiting at a bus stop when an unidentified man pulled up in a silver vehicle. While masturbating, he asked the victim if she would like a ride.
Arrests
Rosales, Alfredo, 28, was arrested on charges of Trespassing-property Not Structure Or Convey on W Commercial Blvd on 08/16/2022.
Lough, Sean Daniel, 41, was arrested on charges of Dui Alcohol Or Drugs 1st Offense On S Colony Cir on 08/17/2022.
Diazgranado Capote, Manuel, 40, was arrested on charges of Trespassing-structure Or Conveyance on N Pine Island Rd on 08/17/2022.
Harris, Emily Jackie, 28, was arrested on charges of Trespassing-fail To Leave Property Upon Order By Owner on N Pine Island Rd on 08/17/2022.
Lynch, Daniel Robert, 46, was arrested on charges of Possession Of Cocaine on W Commercial Blvd on 08/17/2022.
Qureshi, Sami Aman, 46, was arrested on charges of Weapon Offense-missile Into Dwelling Veh Building Or Aircraft on N University Dr on 08/18/2022.
