Incidents
Domestic Disturbances
Deputies responded to multiple verbal altercations between couples and family members across Tamarac. In each case, parties agreed to separate or no physical violence was reported.
Robbery/Carjacking
On Sept. 30, a man reported his motorcycle stolen at gunpoint by two suspects while pumping gas. Estimated loss: $629.
Burglary – Residence
Sept. 30, a homeowner on 46th Street reported a burglary after hiring a man for work earlier in the month. Items taken were not specified.
Burglary – Conveyance (Attempted)
Oct. 1, a woman reported an attempted vehicle burglary. No forced entry was observed, and the suspect fled the area. The victim declined prosecution.
Retail Theft – Walgreens
Oct. 1, deodorant valued at $14 stolen from Walgreens at 3915 W. Commercial Blvd.
Oct. 1, an unknown male took $342 in merchandise from Walgreens at 3914 W. Commercial Blvd., leaving on a scooter with no tag.
Oct. 2, suspect stole $48 in merchandise from Walgreens at 3914 W. Commercial Blvd.
Theft – Winn-Dixie
Oct. 1, groceries totaling $39 were stolen after a customer completed a purchase.
Property Damage
Oct. 1, accidental damage to a vehicle reported.
Oct. 2, debris struck and damaged a BSO patrol car mirror on Pine Island Road.
Oct. 3, a woman reported her ex-husband vandalized her vehicle while she was at work.
Batteries
Sept. 30, a woman reported being battered at her residence.
Sept. 30, a man reported being struck multiple times by his child’s mother.
Oct. 2, two sisters involved in a domestic battery.
Oct. 2, a caregiver and family members involved in a domestic altercation.
Oct. 2, a man reported his girlfriend scratched his neck and broke his chain during an argument; she was arrested.
Oct. 3, a woman reported being forced into a vehicle by her child’s father, who then battered her.
Auto Thefts
Oct. 2, a man reported his friend failed to return his vehicle but later did. He declined charges.
Oct. 4, a vehicle was stolen from outside a residence between midnight and 10:30 a.m. and entered as stolen in FCIC/NCIC.
Fraud
Sept. 30, a woman reported losing $5,000 to a jury duty phone scam.
Oct. 2, unauthorized debit card purchases totaling $1,200 reported.
Oct. 2, a woman reported $852 in Walmart stocks stolen from her account.
Other Reports
Lost property reports included a missing Waste Management trash can and a firearm last seen in a vehicle.
A suspicious male was seen knocking on doors claiming to sell solar panels.
Multiple Baker/Marchman Act cases were reported, including individuals in mental health crises.

Sept. 30:
Dalia Del Carmen Roman Guerrero, 36, charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (domestic violence).
Anthony Joseph Scinta, 68, charged with domestic battery.
Oct. 1:
Valencia Lashun McNair, 28, charged with violating pre-trial release conditions.
Errol Augustus Archer, 59, charged with assault (domestic violence).
Oct. 2:
David Key, 63, on a warrant for possession of cocaine.
Juma Amare Adwa Wallace, 32, charged with domestic battery causing bodily harm.
Stephany Alincy, 27, charged with domestic battery causing bodily harm.
Elizabeth Geller, 28, charged with dating violence battery.
Oct. 3:
Harley Phillip Walker, 23, on a warrant for possession of a firearm by a delinquent.
Oct. 4:
Jakobe Davon Lockhart, 20, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
