Auto Theft

On 06/23/2022, an unknown suspect(s) stole the victim`s 2007 Lexus IS 250 from its assigned parking space.
W. Commercial Blvd.
On 06/24/2022, an unknown suspect(s) stole the victim’s silver 2006 BMW 550i.
Burglary Conveyance
Island Club. Dr.
On 06/21/2022, a caller stated that an unknown person burglarized his car and stole his jewelry from the center console. Tot. Est. Loss: $820.
Embezzlement
N. University Dr.
Multiple cash deposits were embezzled from an unidentified business on 06/21/2022. Tot. Est. Loss: $396.
Fraud
Southgate Shores Cir.
On 6/17/2022, a victim was told her computer was hacked along with her bank account. She was then told to withdraw money from her bank and re-deposit $50,000 into Bitcoin machines.
S. Belfort Cir.
On 06/24/2022, fraudulent activity on the victim’s checking and saving accounts at Bank of America led to fraud. Tot. Est. Loss: $51,400.
Shooting
Madison Ave.
A Shooting/Unlawful Discharge was reported on 06/27/2022. Unknown shooter discharged a firearm into the west side of the Arrigo Dodge building. A projectile entered the top floor window. No parties were injured. No suspects were located.
Arrests
Baber, Devin Daniel, 25, was arrested on charges of Resist Officer-obstruct Wo Violence on W McNab Rd on 06/22/2022.
Somyk, John Thomas, 63, was arrested on charges of Aggrav Asslt – Weapon-w Deadly Weapon Without Intent to Kill on E Sabal Palm Blvd on 06/23/2022.
Richardson, David Anthony, 63, was arrested on charges of Dui Alcohol or Drugs 1st Offense on NW 19th Ter on 06/24/2022.
Coleman, Michael Terome, 39, was arrested on charges of Dui Alcohol or Drugs 1st Offense on W Commercial Blvd on 06/25/2022.
