Auto Theft
NW 57th St.
A person was the victim of Auto Theft on 12/14/2022. Tot. Est. Loss: $3,250.
Burglary Conveyance
N.University Dr.
A male was the victim of Burglary Conveyance on N University Dr on 12/14/2022. The rear driver’s side window of the vehicle smashed in. Tot. Est. Loss: $3,600.
Carjacking
NW 54th Ln.
A male was the victim of Robbery-carjacking on 12/16/2022. The victim stated that he was robbed and carjacked by a male. The suspect opened the victim’s driver’s side door and pulled out a black handgun (semi-automatic), and stole his gray 2022 Honda Civic. No shots were fired during the robbery.
Drug Overdose
Rock Island Rd.
A drug overdose was reported on 12/15/2022. A 911 call was received referencing an adult female who was not conscious, not breathing from a possible overdose. Deputies performed CPR until Tamarac Fire Rescue arrived. They administered Narcan, and the patient started breathing. The patient was transported to the hospital as a precaution.
Fraud
W. Commercial Blvd.
A person was the victim of Fraud – Worthless Check on 12/14/2022. Tot. Est. Loss: $10,016.
Property Damage
Fairview Dr.
Property Damage was reported on 12/17/2022 after an unknown golfer (letter “m” on the golf ball) accidentally hit a ball that went off course, damaging a residence’s window.
Shooting
NW 70th Ct.
A Shooting/Unlawful Discharge was reported on 12/16/2022. A Male accidentally shot himself in the foot.
Arrests
Angiolillo, Matthew Dominic, 31, was arrested on charges of Touch Or Strike/battery/domestic Viol on Rock Island Rd on 12/19/2022.
Domany, Eric Matthew, 39, was arrested on charges of Burgl-conveyance, Unoccupied/unarmed on Nw 41st Ave on 12/16/2022.
Ginsberg, Jonathan Jacob, 35, was arrested on charges of Viol Injunction Protection Domestic Violence on NW 72nd Ave on 12/16/2022
Domany, Eric Matthew, 39, was arrested on charges of Burgl-conveyance, Unoccupied/unarmed on Nw 41st Ave on 12/16/2022.
Mirra, Nicholas Sabato, 25, was arrested on charges of Burgl-dwelling Occupied/unarmed/no Asslt Bat on Fairview Dr on 12/14/2022.
Mirra, Nicholas Sabato, 25, was arrested on charges of Battery-cause Bodily Harm-Dating Violence on Fairview Dr on 12/14/2022.
Sanchez Buitrago, Nicolas Alejandro, 25, was arrested on charges of Operate Motor Vehicle Wo Valid License on Southgate Blvd on 12/13/2022.
