Battery
Sago Palm Circle
A 27-male was the victim of a battery on 11/23/2021. While the victim was repossessing a vehicle at a residence, the suspect, the boyfriend of the vehicle’s registered owner, verbally attacked the victim and spat on his face while cursing and calling him derogatory names. The suspect was released with an NTA.
A person was the victim of battery in Tamarac on 11/27/2021. Tot. Est. Loss: $200.
Burglary Conveyance
Madison Ave.
A 44-year-old male was the victim of Burglary Conveyance on 11/26/2021. Forced entry used to smash driver’s side window of victim’s vehicle. Tot. Est. Loss: $1,200.
Criminal Mischief
Sands Point Blvd.
A 50-year-old male was the victim of Criminal Mischief on 11/22/2021. An unknown subject took an unidentified object and punctured the left front and rear left tires of the victim’s 2001 Hummer.
Belfort Cir.
A 60-year-old male was the victim of Fraud – All Other on 11/23/2021. Tot. Est. Loss: $257. The suspect used a PayPal account to withdraw funds from the victim’s debit card.
Information
NW 69th Ct.
A male found videos and pictures from his live-in girlfriend’s previous relationship on 11/26/21. The male threw the female’s clothing on the front walkway and refused to let her inside for her belongings or vehicle keys. The female did not want a confrontation, so she left without incident.

A 19-year-old male was the victim of Threats/Intimidation on 11/25/2021.

Damask, Michael Thomas Francis, 27, was arrested on DUI Alcohol or Drugs charges on W McNab Rd on 11/26/2021.
Lopez, Jose Abel, 38, was arrested on Weapon Offense charges on N. State Rd 7 on 11/26/2021.
Dias Quintero, William A., 38, was arrested on charges of Disorderly Intoxication N. State Rd 7 on 11/26/2021.
Troya Portilla, Jorge Javier, 43, was arrested on DUI Alcohol or Drugs charges on N. State Rd 7 on 11/26/2021.
