Tamarac Town Hall: New HOA Legislation Explained with Osgood and Gomez

Do you live in a homeowners’ association community? Then, don’t miss the town hall with State Senator Rosalind Osgood and Tamarac Mayor Michelle Gomez to discuss new HOA laws.

Held on Monday, September 9, from 6:15 to 8 p.m. at the Palace Theater at Kings Point, the event covers recent HOA legislation signed by Governor Ron DeSantis and how it may affect Tamarac residents.

The town hall will feature expert presentations on the Estoppel Bill, training requirements for HOA/COA members, new reserve requirements, and structural integrity studies. During an extended Q&A session, residents can ask questions and engage with experts and HOA/COA attorneys.
