Come for the music, stay for the comedy: the next summer double feature at the Kings Point Palace presents international singer Grace Azar and comedian John Carfi.
Held on Saturday, June 17, at 8 p.m., at the Kings Point Palace, the show is $10 for Kings Point residents and $15 for all other guests, with tickets available at the venue’s box office before and on the night of the concert.
Hallandale resident Azar is an international singer who performs in English, Spanish, Hebrew, Portuguese, and Italian. She performs on cruises and private events and calls her style “easy listening and ballroom music.”
A comedy veteran, Carfi appeared on Comedy Central Standup, Entertainment Tonight, The Rascals Comedy Show, and The Ricky Lake Show. He was also an opening act for the late Donna Summer for over seven years. A joke writer for the late Joan Rivers, Carfi even hosted his own morning show on WZZO.
The Palace at Kings Point is located at 7622 NW 76th St. in Tamarac.
