Kings Point Palace is gearing up for a night of classic rock nostalgia as Absolute Queen brings its fan-favorite tribute to the music and spirit of Queen.
The band has spent years studying Queen’s arrangements and signature vocal harmonies to deliver a performance that feels true to the original. Lead vocalist Martyn Jenkins, from Wales, England, has performed in Queen tribute bands across Europe and shared stages with Brian May and Roger Taylor at international fan events. The setlist features many of Queen’s biggest hits, including “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “We Will Rock You,” “Somebody to Love,” and “Radio Ga Ga.”
Held on Saturday, November 22, at 8 p.m., the show is $20 for Kings Point residents and $25 for guests, with tickets available online and at the venue’s box office before and on the night of the concert.
The new box office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, and 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays. On Saturdays, tickets can be purchased at the Clubhouse from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and at the Palace from 7 to 8:15 p.m.
As a reminder, shorts are not permitted in the theater. All attendees must be 18 years or older for all shows. Kings Point Palace is open to the public.
The Palace at Kings Point is located at 7622 NW 76th St. in Tamarac.
