The Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Women in Pink Women Empowerment Luncheon on Wednesday, Oct. 21, featuring entrepreneur Suhay Gonzalez as the keynote speaker.
Gonzalez is the founder and CEO of Seis Cosmetics, a beauty brand inspired by her family’s experiences with cancer. She launched the company after losing her mother to cancer, and her sister’s breast cancer diagnosis strengthened her commitment to developing safe, clean beauty products and raising awareness.
A Beauty Award winner, Gonzalez has served as an official beauty partner for Miami Swim Week and New York Fashion Week. She will share her story of resilience, entrepreneurship and women’s empowerment during the luncheon.
The event will also include a fashion show presented by Debra Rose Fashion, featuring professional models and special guests. The runway looks will celebrate empowerment, individuality and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Guests may also participate in an optional pink hat competition by creating or purchasing a distinctive hat. Judges will select a winner based on creativity and style.
The luncheon will bring together businesswomen, community achievers, sponsors and cancer survivors for an afternoon of inspiration, recognition and community celebration. Happy Hour Chefs will provide catering.
The event, themed “Celebrate, Connect & Inspire,” will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Tamarac Community Center, 8601 W. Commercial Blvd.
The luncheon sells out each year, and advance registration is encouraged. For registration and additional information, visit tnlcoc.org.
