The Florida Department of Health has released information about cities and counties of residence that have been tested positive for COVID-19 and cases in Tamarac remained at 132 since May 12.

On May 12, there were 40,804 positive cases in the State of Florida, and today there are 44,369 for an increase of 3,565. There have been 1,973 reported deaths in the State. Data in this report are provisional and subject to change.

The city is not always received as part of the initial notification and may be missing while the case is being investigated. These figures are from May 17, 2020, and these are total cases. Unfortunately, the State does not provide recovery data.
