Merida is a happy girl with exceptional manners. This red American Staffordshire Terrier is about four, weighs 55 pounds, and has been at the Broward County Animal Care since August.
Merida is playful and has a lot of fun on her outings with Lunch Buddy volunteers. She enjoys belly rubs and running around in the park.
According to the staff, Merida is respectful and has excellent table manners: she doesn’t beg for food or jump up on furniture. She would do best as the only dog in the house.

The Adoption Center at Broward County Animal Care is located at 2400 SW 42 Street, Fort Lauderdale, and is open Tuesday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Adoptions are free and include spaying/neutering, vaccinations, a microchip, and a Broward County pet license tag.
