Prepare to make a splash this Easter with an egg-cellent event hosted by the City of Tamarac that puts a unique twist on the holiday tradition.
The City of Tamarac Parks and Recreation Department will host a Wet & Wild Egg Splash at the Caporella Aquatic Center on Saturday, April 5.
Families are encouraged to bring their swimsuits and Easter baskets for a day filled with activities, including an in-water egg hunt, arts and crafts, games, and music.
The egg hunt will begin at 10:15 a.m., with designated times for different age groups. Children ages two to four will participate at 10:15 a.m., ages five to seven at 10:30 a.m., and ages eight to ten at 10:45 a.m.
Pre-registration is required, and spots are limited. Every guest in attendance must purchase a ticket, which costs $5 per person plus fees.
The Caporella Aquatic Center is located at 9300 Northwest 58th Street.
