Almost ABBA, the longest-running North American tribute to the Swedish super group, brings familiar hits to the Kings Point Palace stage.
Formed in 1996, Almost ABBA has performed for audiences across the United States, including the U.S. military and NBC Universal, and has appeared at large-scale events with crowds of up to 50,000. The group was also selected to perform at the release of Mamma Mia! and, most recently, opened for Cher on her Here We Go Again tour in Australia.
The show features songs made popular by Mamma Mia and other well-known recordings from ABBA’s catalog.
Held on Saturday, January 24, at 8 p.m., the show is $20 for Kings Point residents and $25 for guests, with tickets available online and at the venue’s box office before and on the night of the concert.
The new box office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Wednesday, and 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays. On Saturdays, tickets can be purchased at the Clubhouse from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and at the Palace from 7 to 8:15 p.m.
As a reminder, shorts are not permitted in the theater. All attendees must be 18 years or older for all shows. Kings Point Palace is open to the public.
The Palace at Kings Point is located at 7622 NW 76th St. in Tamarac.
