Soprano Gloria Thompson and tenor James Perkowski perform their Tones of Enchantment show at the Kings Point Palace, bringing a program of Broadway hits, opera selections, standards, and classic jazz.
Thompson is a stage and cabaret performer with credits in radio, television, and live theater. Perkowski has appeared in London and performed to sold-out audiences in Sweden and Finland. His past collaborations include sharing the stage with Barbara Cook, Patti LaBelle, and Deanne Martin, daughter of Dean Martin.
Held on Saturday, June 21, at 8 p.m., the show is $10 for Kings Point residents and $15 for guests, with tickets available online and at the venue’s box office before and on the night of the concert.
The new box office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays. On Saturdays, tickets can be purchased at the Clubhouse from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and at the Palace from 7 to 8:15 p.m.
As a reminder, shorts are not permitted in the theater. All attendees must be 18 years or older for all shows. Kings Point Palace is open to the public.
