Animal-loving Harry Potter fans can get a pre-Halloween treat from the Humane Society of Broward County.
It’s “Trick or Treat With The Animals 2023,” held on Friday, October 20, 2023, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Humane Society, 2070 Griffin Rd. in Fort Lauderdale.
“It’s a ‘Harry Pawter’ theme, and kids will trick or treating through the Forbidden Forest and ‘Dogwarts’ houses,” said Caroline Crane, vice president of education at the Humane Society of Broward County.
Tickets are two for a dollar and can be purchased at the shelter, or an all-inclusive bracelet is $20.00 (does not include food or beverages).
Crane added, “There will be a great hall of games,” she said, “and we’ll have puppy play time.”
