Just Between Friends, North America’s largest children’s and maternity consignment sale event, will return to Coral Springs on September 25.
Lauren Maring, Just Between Friends of Coral Springs franchisee, said the twice-annual pop-up marketplace, where families buy and sell gently used children’s and maternity clothing, toys, and other supplies, has been a way for local parents to save since 2010.
Between getting the kids ready for another school year and preparing for the holidays, parents must find “smart ways to save amidst rising costs,” She added that the JBF marketplace offers books, back-to-school necessities, and clothes up to 90% off retail prices.
“We see the consignment sale as a welcome relief for local families looking to stretch their dollars further,” Maring said.
The pop-up sale at the Coral Springs Gymnasium from September 25 to 29 offers different ticket levels.

The sale also helps parents get ready for Halloween with a “treasure trove of affordable costumes,” Maring said, adding that the average family in America spends around $108 per kid on the spooky holiday.
Residents can also sign up to sell children’s items and clothing at JBF, earning 60% on sold items. If the sellers agree, unsold items are donated to local charities.
“Shopping at JBF means helping the environment,” Maring said. “A single sale event prevents about 16 tons of clothing and plastics from going into local landfills.”
Children over 15 months are not allowed until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Presale Day. All other times during the event, children are welcome. Shoppers are encouraged to bring a stroller or babywear when visiting with a small child. The tickets are nonrefundable but transferable. If guests cannot use their ticket, they can give it to a friend or relative.
Coral Springs Gymnasium is located at 2501 Coral Springs Drive. Shoppers can park free on both sides of the gym.
